ROOTS OF PUNJAB
A small but always highly professional family run business, Pabla India Cuisine (Seattle) opened in 1995 to become Seattle’s first and still renowned to be the finest Indian Restaurant in the city that hosts many visual delights such as the Space Needle.
Owned by Jaswinder Pabla, It offers exquisite dishes borne from decades of experience. Our shops are still there in Phagwara in the north-Indian state of Punjab keeping up a family tradition that began almost 60 years ago of serving the finest delicious food.
TRADITIONAL FLAVORS
Indian Cuisine is as rich as the culture and as diverse as the people of the vast sub-continent. Each region of India has its unique food and the cooking style: Cream, yogurt, ghee and nuts feature in dishes in the north, while the south favors chilies, coconut and coconut oil. Fish and mustard oil predominate in the east while the west has incorporated a lot of foreign ingredients.

Offering you Fantastic blend of spices in vegetable orientated cuisines resulting in more Middle-Eastern flavours than South Indian cuisines, we match our authentic traditional North-Indian recipes with a rich variety of exciting new dishes whether you are vegetarian, vegan or prefer seafood or other non-veg items. All our dishes are freshly prepared onsite while you wait and contain no additives.
